As the Founder and Partner of Asterys, I have spent over two decades working with global corporations to enhance leadership effectiveness, promote collaboration, and drive cultural change.My innovative approach blends cutting-edge methodologies like facilitation of transformation, executive coaching, systems thinking, polarity management, Deep Democracy, and self-organization to help clients thrive in complexity.
